Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how you may use the Pine Wheel Service website, request automotive services, and communicate with our Vaughan service team.
1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or send a booking request.
These terms apply to website visits, appointment enquiries, service information, and messages sent to Pine Wheel Service. They do not replace any written estimate, work order, invoice, or other agreement provided for a specific vehicle service.
2. Website information
We work to keep service descriptions, opening information, pricing details, and availability accurate. Details can change as parts, labour requirements, and vehicle conditions are confirmed.
Website content is provided for general information. A vehicle inspection may be required before we can confirm the cause of a fault, the work needed, the parts required, or the final price.
3. Appointment requests
Submitting the online form or contacting us by phone creates a request for an appointment. It does not guarantee a booking until Pine Wheel Service confirms the date and time.
- Provide current contact details and accurate vehicle information.
- Tell us about warning lights, safety concerns, or symptoms that may affect the appointment.
- Arrive on time with the vehicle accessible for inspection.
- Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.
We may contact you using the details supplied in your request to confirm the appointment or clarify service information.
4. Estimates and approved work
Any estimate or price shown before inspection is an indication based on the information available at that time. The final recommendation may change after a technician checks the vehicle.
We will explain additional work that is identified during inspection and seek your approval before proceeding where practical. Work orders, approved estimates, and invoices may contain terms that apply specifically to the service provided.
5. Vehicle access and customer responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorised to request work for the vehicle. Remove personal belongings before leaving a vehicle with us. Pine Wheel Service is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle unless required by applicable law.
Tell us about aftermarket equipment, previous repairs, security systems, mechanical modifications, or known defects. These details can affect diagnosis, access, testing, and repair time.
6. Parts, timing, and service limits
Repair timing depends on diagnosis, vehicle access, parts availability, supplier schedules, and the scope of approved work. We will share material delays when they become known.
Parts may be new, remanufactured, rebuilt, or otherwise suitable for the approved repair, as described in the estimate or work order. Parts and labour may carry separate warranty terms. Ask our team for the terms that apply to your invoice.
7. Payments and unpaid balances
Payment is due according to the invoice or work order. You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay approved services, parts, applicable taxes, storage charges, and other disclosed amounts.
If an account remains unpaid, Pine Wheel Service may take reasonable steps permitted by law to recover the balance. Any storage or collection-related charge must be disclosed and applied in accordance with applicable requirements.
8. Website use
Use this website lawfully and with respect for our systems and staff. You must not interfere with website operation, submit misleading information, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content to promote another business without written permission.
We may update, suspend, or remove website content without notice when needed for maintenance, accuracy, security, or operational reasons.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, layouts, photographs, and other materials belong to Pine Wheel Service or are used with permission. You may view the website for personal use, but you may not reproduce or republish its materials without written consent.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may refer to third-party services, suppliers, payment providers, or external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Pine Wheel Service is not responsible for content or availability outside its control.
11. Privacy and communications
Information submitted through the website is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By sending a request, you consent to receiving communications needed to respond to that request, confirm service details, or manage your appointment.
You may ask us to correct contact information or explain how your information is being used by emailing [email protected].
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pine Wheel Service is not responsible for indirect losses, missed appointments, lost income, or other consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on general website information.
Nothing in these terms limits a right, remedy, warranty, or responsibility that cannot be limited under applicable law. Service-specific liability terms may also appear in the relevant work order or invoice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will apply when posted on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts or other authorised forums available in Ontario, unless applicable law requires another process.
